e-GTX product range

The e-GTX cases are perfectly adapted to the size of your device. In this way, it is almost impossible for your phone to fall out accidentally. 

The setting is simple, on receipt, remove all the adhesive protections present on the case. These protections are used to guarantee an unchanged quality at the end of the production process. 

Install your e-GTX case, back side down, on a flat surface and put your phone on it. Press without forcing on the 4 corners of your device so that it fits softly. 

Uninstalling the case is more difficult. Place your phone on a flat surface with the main face down. Take hold of one of the top corners of the case and pull it towards you while maintaining a counter-force on the phone. When the first top corner is out, do the same with the second top corner. Then the phone will naturally come out of the case. There is no need to force it out. 

The e-GTX cases are made of e-Impact, a TPU/PC hybrid material with elastomeric and mechanical properties that provides extreme impact and abrasion resistance, even at low temperatures. 

Engineered for fall protection up to 4 meters high, the highly flexible e-Impact spreads the shockwave over the entire shell to minimize impact. 

In addition to the e-Impact material, all e-GTX cases are equipped with ShockProof technology, providing airbags at each corner for Clear, Gravity, BlackGum.

For general cleaning, a small amount of water on a soft tissue is sufficient. 

For a deep cleaning, it is recommended to remove the case of your device and : 
     For Gravity, clean with a soft wet tissue and finish with isopropyl alcohol. 
     For Clear, put it under water and clean with isopropyl alcohol.
     For BlackGum, put it under water and clean with a non-aggressive glass cleaner.

All e-GTX cases are compatible with all MagSafe products. 

The magnetic strength of the e-GTX cases allows the use of MagSafe chargers, MagSafe accessories and even MagSafe batteries. 

Note: The Gravity case, because of its design, does not have the 2 longitudinal magnets that serve as guides located on the Magnet Array. This does not create a problem for MagSafe charging, but it may not provide a perfect result when fitting accessories such as Card Holders.

The e-GTX cases meet Apple's required standards of 800g to 1110g of magnetic attraction for use with MagSafe chargers and 600g to 900g for use with MagSafe accessories.

The magnetic forces are the following:

     Gravity : 1000g
     Clear : 1110g
     BlackGum : 1110g

The e-GTX Card Holders meet Apple's required standards of 800g to 1110g of magnetic attraction when using the MagSafe charger and 600g to 900g when using MagSafe accessories.

The magnetic force is the following:

     Card Holder : 900g

Logistics

Generally, the order is prepared within 24 working hours. In case of delay, our logistics department will contact you to suggest you the most appropriate solution.

All orders submitted on the e-gtx.com website are delivered by our international partner YunExpress:

Europe - average delivery time 7 days.
USA - average delivery time 10 days.
Asia - average delivery time 7 days.
Russia - average delivery time 7 days.

Please note that e-GTX is not responsible for the state of your goods on arrival, delivery time, unnotified tracking, customs, wrong address, robbery, by the carrier. If a problem occurs during the delivery, we promise to find a solution with you, and to take action against the delivery service.

e-GTX collaborates with several warehouses located in Europe, USA and Asia. Our logistics organisation allows us to offer faster delivery at lower prices.

The main stock is located in Asia. The buffer stocks are located in the United States and Europe. 

We deliver worldwide.

This logistical choice also imposes conditions for some countries: 

    Currently, the Russo-Ukrainian conflict does not allow us to deliver efficiently to Russia and Ukraine.

     Delays are observed in Moldova and Romania. 

     We no longer deliver to Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.

Billing

As soon as your order is validated (payment and taken into account), you will receive an e-mail containing the invoice.

The payment process is carried out from a server external to e-GTX, your payment details do not transit on our server. The SHA-256 security standard used during your transactions ensures unbreakable encoding and 100% security. 

Paypal is a payment processor that allows you to pay with a dedicated Paypal account or as a guest with your credit card. It is one of the most widely used solutions for web transactions today. 

In case of payment difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will find a solution together.

The e-GTX customer service is available :

     By e-mail 24 hours a day, answer within 24 hours. 

The withdrawal period is 14 days. 
This can only be made if the product has not been opened.

Shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If your accessory has not been opened and you would like to exchange it, please contact customer service. We will make an RMA label for you.
