The BCO Group is not responsible for the said compositions of the distant link sources. However, all customer reviews are checked and generally not accepted in case of unimportant external links (hidden advertising, unrelated links, malicious links).

8. Orders

All orders submitted on our website are subject to approval and availability. If any of the goods ordered are no longer available, you will be informed by e-mail and if necessary by telephone. You will have the choice between waiting for the goods to be in stock or to cancel all or part of the order. Your order is declared as validated by our services only and only once the payment is validated and accepted by our banking services (Stripe - Paypal).

We will take all reasonable measures, so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep your order and payment details safely and securely, but in the absence of any negligence on our part, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you have provided while accessing or ordering from the Website.

The products sold on our website may be intended for resale or distribution. However, you must inform us if you wish to have a professional price. The BCO Group has the right to provide you a professional quote or not.

9. Cancellation rights

In the case of a distance, mail order or online sale via the internet, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and without having to give any reason or pay any penalties, except, where applicable, for the cost of return. This 14-day withdrawal period, established by the Hamon law (the deadline was 7 days before this law), is applicable to contracts concluded since 14 June 2014.

     Your letter must contain your name, first name, customer number, order number, reference of the returned products, price of the returned products, telephone number, e-mail, and your signature.
     The goods you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received them, any opened product will not be accepted.
    The return costs are at your own responsibility, except in special cases.
     The refund of the returned product(s) will be made within 14 days of receiving your return package.
     Your return must be sent within 14 days from the date of sending your withdrawal request.

10. Prix et paiement

The prices displayed on the e-gtx.com website are in € (Euros) and include VAT at the current rate. Our prices are all applicable at the time the information is entered into our systems. However, if a problem occurs on a pricing, it may not be valid at the time of your order (pricing error against or in your favour - server error - transaction error), see below.

If your delivery address is in France, you will not be liable for any additional tax. However, if your delivery address is outside of France, you may be subject to import duties (including VAT), which are obligatory and implemented once your delivery reaches your destination country. You are responsible for these charges, so it is important to regularly check your country's customs policies and practices. To check this, contact your local customs office.

e-gtx.com has several payment methods:

     By credit or debit card via Stripe, Secure EFT in SHA-256 format.
     By credit or debit card, or Paypal account via Paypal, secured in SSL-128 format.

In the case that the price displayed on the payment page is not correct, or if our services discover the error before the goods are shipped, we are not obliged to sell you the goods at the displayed price. We make all possible care to ensure that our displayed price is correct, however it is possible that an error may occur, which is extremely rare but possible.

If our service discovers an error in the price of the goods in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and inform you of the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If you choose to cancel, and your order is not shipped, you will receive a full refund.

All orders placed on the e-gtx.com website must be submitted subject to confirmation that the credit/debit card or Paypal account you are using belongs to you. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorise the validation of the payment, we will not be responsible for any late delivery or non-delivery.

The e-gtx.com website allows you to use discount codes. These discount codes must be used in strict agreement with the site's terms and conditions, which may, among other things, include your eligibility to use them (source of the code, product required for its functioning, minimum order amount...). Please take note of these terms and conditions before submitting your order, as we may reject or cancel any orders that do not respect our terms and conditions, even if your credit/debit card has been processed.

The content of the website is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights and other intellectual property rights and you acknowledge that the documentation and content provided as part of the website must remain with us or our licensors.

     Europe - average delivery time 7 days.
     USA - average delivery time 10 days.
     Asia - average delivery time 7 days.
     Russia - average delivery time 7 days.

Please note that e-GTX is not responsible for the state of your goods on arrival, delivery time, unnotified tracking, customs, address errors, robbery, by the carrier. If a problem occurs during the delivery, we promise to find a solution with you, and to launch a procedure against the delivery service.

Use of the website

The e-gtx.com website is presented on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or approvals being made and we give no guarantees, explicit or implicit, in relation to the website and its use. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and shall not be responsible for the security or privacy of this website and any information provided by you.
