e-GTX collaborates with several warehouses located in Europe, the United States and Asia. Our logistics organisation allows us to offer faster delivery at a lower price. 

1. Preparation of orders

Generally, the order preparation time is 24 hours.
In case of delay, our logistics department will contact you to propose the most appropriate solution. 

2. Shipping

Shipments are made in the following order of priority:

     Shipment from the warehouse having the product in stock.
     Shipment from the warehouse closest to the delivery address.

5. In case of dispute

All shipments are handled by our selected partner Yun Express, an international delivery company based in the United States. 

For France, the outsourcing is carried out by La Poste group. 

All shipments have a tracking number, suitable protection and a limited carbon footprint. 

In case of loss, a claim will be submitted to Yun Express and a new shipment will be sent at our charge. 
In the case of damage, which is rare in relation to the e-GTX range of products, a claim will be submitted to Yun Express and a new shipment will be sent at our charge. 

In the case of an address error, non-presence or if the package is returned to us for a reason that is not our responsibility, a new shipment will be executed at your charge. In case of rejection, the order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
